She has more than twenty years of hands-on experience in HR and payroll: she implemented the technology, managed a service center, ran a business as VP Northern Europe and served on the executive team of NGA Human Resources.
Anita is the founder of HRtechradar and the author of three books on pay and payroll. Her keynotes challenge the assumptions behind today’s HR and technology decisions, and give audiences current data, clear frameworks and questions to use the next day.

Today she is an independent speaker, advisor and author of three books, and she tells HR leaders what the data says, even when it goes against the consensus. Please welcome Anita Lettink.

Anita Lettink is a keynote speaker, advisor and author who helps HR leaders and CHROs make better decisions about work, HR, payroll and technology. She is known for questioning the consensus when the data points the other way.
Her view comes from more than twenty years inside the industry. At NGA Human Resources she started as a business consultant and ran HR and payroll implementations. She went on to manage an HR and payroll service center, and as VP Northern Europe she ran the business. As SVP Strategy & Alliances and a member of the executive team, she worked on corporate strategy with clients and managed partner relationships and contracts.
Today, Anita works as an independent advisor and analyst. She is the founder of HRtechradar and the author of three books: What’s Up With My Pay?, Equal Pay for Equal Work and How to Select Your Next Payroll. She is a LinkedIn Top Voice, a Top 25 Future of Work Thought Leader and a Top 100 HR Tech Influencer.
Her keynotes are built on research and current data. She has delivered more than 625 keynotes in 36 countries.
