The state of HR Technology

TMT Finance invited me to be a speaker on the topic of Software as a Service. We talked about SaaS growth – HR is certainly one of the major opportunities! We also discussed the change in revenue models, from license plus maintenance to a periodic usage fee and how that changes the business results. Fortunately, this has always been the fee structure in outsourcing, so for us, nothing much changes.
